Booked a modern room with sea views and enjoyed the excellent breakfast selections, such as scrambled eggs and vegetables, even though we couldn't try everything due to time constraints.

The breakfast had lots of options: scrambled eggs and vegetable. The hotel's position was magnificent and fab, near the centre of Ibiza, and buses a ferries from there to the rest of the island. It was a short...  

The location of the hotel was the best aspect. The bus and taxi terminal was just around the corner, with regulatr and on time bus services connecting you to other parts of the island. There are also four...  

We found everything good

The breakfast here was hot with pancakes and squirty cream. the location was fantastic and magnificent, near supermarket, beach, local buses to Ibiza town and airport, ferry to Formentera for a day trip, the restaurant, and bars and restaurants...  

The size of the room, and the fact that there was a kitchen. The pool is very nice and the location is perfect.

the staff insisted i paid in full upfront.. this booking was a rush booking.. upon realising i had come to the wrong place i asked if i could pay for the first night and be refunded for the remaining 2 nights. after the staff member called his superior, he said yes. I then booked another hotel via your web site.. i was then told their would be no refund.. I am very angry at the unproffesionalism of the staff member and would like my 160 euros back as promised. thank you. colin

The accommodation is reasonably clean, with incredibly friendly and polite staff that work hard.

The room was large, and functional. Clean.

The area! Es canar is horrendous, only go there if you are over 60 and looking to watch x factor, play bingo and eat pies! Dreadful place.

newness and cleanliness of the hotel

noisy due to full of families. asked for a sunny balcony, and no sun till late evening. was not made aware when booked that it was an option for all inc. would not have gone if had known as inc means lots of children. we went for a relaxing break.

The room was very large with a kitchenette, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and a festival.

Location was good. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Can't comment on the food/all inclusive as we were just self catering. What we saw of the food - it looked good!

Loved our extremely spacious and huge rooms in this hotel.

Had good stay for 9 nights with my husband and 2 young children, the staff were amiable, location was incredible to the centre of Ibiza. Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops, bars, and restaurants...

The room I got was clean, brilliant, had a dryer, wardrobe space, and 3 showers.

I Liked the service and clean environment. Plus the fact that it was close to the beach and shopping centre

As I went with my friends .... it was family oriented hotel. If you looking to go out clubs and Eivissa town it might be a bit far.

The staff could not do enough to make your stay memorable

If I'm honest, the food was not 4 star.
